The Hives, 2002
The Hives are a Swedish rock group that broke out onto the scene with hits like “Hate to Say I Told You So.” While that song may have been a hit, their coordinated outfits certainly weren't. In 2002, band members walked the red carpet wearing button-downs and pants, each with a letter of the brand name spelled out.

Unfortunately, their effort was of no use as few people can barely remember them, let alone their names. At least the band member who got to wear the letter “I” in the form of a tie can re-wear his outfit!

Kim Petras, 2021
Kim Petras is a German singer known for her controversial lyrics and even more risque choices in clothing. For the 2021 VMAs, Kim wore an ornately embroidered dress featuring crosses and other religious symbolism. Though that dress was show-stopping enough, Kim paired it with a black latex bodysuit and mask.
