Her custom, form-fitting Gucci gown looks gorgeous, from the color and details to the way it drapes and flows. She chose to accentuate the look with classic old Hollywood pin curls.

Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, has described her getting ready for the Galas as “an athletic event.” “I’m not even sure how shoes got in the freezer; there’s Kung Fu involved, it’s really intense,” he jokingly told "Glamour" magazine. Whatever she’s doing, it's working!

The Met Gala has been called the “Oscars of Fashion,” so one must really dress for the occasion, we suppose. We also have to mention that he, along with other daring stars like Jared Leto, did manage to land themselves on best-dressed lists for the event that year.
